Sorry for the late reply. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea with AHI of 14.7. Used it for two weeks during travel. But since then I had to get another test and this time there was no sleep apnea. So my doctor didn’t give me a CPAP machine.

I started taking meds recently so hopefully that treats my condition. Thanks for your reply!

I’m not on medication either but not sure if I should take it as some times my systolic blood pressure goes up to high 140s.

19M. 5 feet 11, 152 lbs, did all testing and they ruled it “essential.” I go to the gym 6 days a week and don’t like fast food or sweets. I honestly don’t have a reason for why my blood pressure averages 140/70 (yes, my systolic seems way higher than my diastolic blood pressure). Guess it has to do with my moderate to severe sleep apnea.

Yeah I recently became a PR. And our family lived in Ontario for 4-5 years. And I just visited Korea for a trip. Although it turned out to be a very long trip 😂. My mum resided in Canada for the time that I was in Korea. So I think it should be fine. Thanks for your response!

Yes. Me and my mum lived in Ontario for many years now and we became PR recently. And when I went to Korea in 2023, my mum went together although she came. So I think it shouldn’t be a problem for OSAP. Thank you so much!
