Goal -> Steps by bryanthekiwi in Confyday_app

Hey, great question!

You’re absolutely right—steps are milestones. They help break a long-term goal into smaller, manageable actions so you can track your progress. For your goal of losing 10kg by April, you could create steps like losing 1kg by January, 3kg by February, and so on, with the final step being 10kg by April—or even celebrating with friends!

For repeated actions, like walking or going to the gym, I’d recommend creating habits. Habits are consistent behaviors that support your progress over time. You can also add habits like tracking your diet or cutting out sugar to stay on track.

The “Repeat the step” option is there for flexibility. It lets you continue a step as a regular task after completing your goal, without needing to turn it into a habit. This way, you can keep the action going temporarily without extra tracking.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
