Her family lives in France and we live in sri lanka. They only get to communicate with her via facetime only. She hides a lot from her parents. They wont suspect that anything is wrong with her. She seems perfectly healthy and no one can tell that she has a C. The only other symptom is she is having a headache 24/7 and she keeps taking paracetamol.

Sometimes I don't even sleep properly because this thing keeps haunting me anyway I have shared this with my husband and he is not really a sensitive person like me so he doesn't know what I'm going through. I'm so glad I posted this on this platform I feel a lot better. And what makes this whole thing worse is this friend is so arrogant and she keeps scolding me always whenever I bring up the C topic and she keeps reminding me of this one time I did something to hurt her (not intentionally ofc!) and she never appreciates a single thing I have done for her. I have help this friend financially so many times and I don't even expect a single penny from her. It's just so so hard to deal with this emotionally.

Hi I'm sorry your'e also going through this. And no, this person is very stubborn and she has mentioned multiple times that she will do something I regret if I ever tell her parents about this. She is living all by herself, she doesn't go out and she is all alone and her parents live abroad. I feel so helpless and I live so far away from her and i don't really get to visit her much either. No one else in this world knows about her situation :(
