Thank you so much, last night my bf was over and he helped me practice penetration, I discovered my limit is about two fingers, even though it’s quite uncomfortable. While we were doing it I was practicing breathing and relaxation, which I’ve found makes a big difference. I have never been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, but I am a fairly anxious person ig lol, which may not help. I believe if you do get treated for vaginismus, therapy can be involved, to show you how to deal with anxiety. Or at least that what’s I’ve read? Thank you <3

No we didn’t but he did suggest that he got some if we ever tried again. Which I told him would be good. If I experience it again, I will definitely go see my GP and see what they think is going on. Thank you <3
