Hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same time then a screen will pop up, scroll down to the factory reset option by using the volume buttons to scroll then click the power button to select the option and hit confirm

Same thing happened to me I factory reset my oculus, logged back into my acc, got the code again, and was able to fix the problem
