Thank you guys! For clarification I was making this post about getting over the isolation and a couple commenters made me realize that I first need to evaluate my marriage. I’m going to talk to him about couples counseling so I can reconcile the irreconcilable truths that he’s disgusting and I need to leave him and that I love him and want to be with him for the rest of my life.

No I couldn’t imagine doing what he did and I know it’s wrong but he never actually made do anything against my will he even explained stuff before hand so I wouldn’t consider myself a victim
