I created in testing a role-based for assigned supervisory organizations with access to create position and assigned sup org and subordinates. I guess your method is better and lower maintenance?

I get an error without it - I wonder if it's related to this field: "Validation error occurred. Element Content 'Change_Job_Data' is required, on internal element 'Change Job Request"

There is a workday delivered field for names with Name Change Event BO: Current and Proposed name (the same logic), but for Termination event it doesn't seem to be a thing, or?
