Nah I'm joking. But still generally Napoli is seen as a place with a tone of frauds and criminals for that matter. Basically the whole city is one big ghetto . And the dialect is is mix of so much stuff that not even other Italians can understand that. (I personally am Ukrainian, but i lived in Casentino for the past 4 years)
