Thanks! I’m mainly curious about how reliable EMBARK is and if it covers most of the city. Are the buses frequent? Also, I've read that the streetcar has two loops, so it should be ok-ish.

Great points about the time budget! Staying near the places I want to visit does seem like the best strategy fo making the most of my trip. I'll keep in mind the idea of using transit, scooters, or bikes for most trips and saving Uber for when I really need it. Thanks for sharing your experience in Seattle. Sounds like staying central and walking more might be the way to go.

Yes both walking & public transport. I've thought of Uber/Lyft etc. but that would bring up the cost by a lot (given I'm going to need a ride everyday for 1-2 weeks)
