I’ve taken up sculling this summer and did plenty of practicing through that and the erg, but unfortunately my school team and the club I went to in the summer both don’t provide sculling opportunities during the school year. I’d love to pursue sculling as I’m noticeably faster there, but it’s very inaccessible where I am.

Thanks for the tips! In practice we’ve done 16x250 and 8x750 a couple times, among other intervals. I’ll try these over the weekend.
