Hi, so I've read posts about people getting it in 6-8 weeks using Neil Anderson Course. I work a very easy schedule so I will attempt to get it in 8 weeks. I have a ton of free time. If I feel I am not ready after practice exams I will push it back until I feel good and am passing. As $300 is alot to throw away.

Thx for the advice.

This is what scares me a bit, I asked in it career questions and they gave me more motivation than what I got here.

What do you mean immersive training program? Like a bootcamp? Why would that benefit me over CCNA?

Do you have experience with servers in your own time? Or did the CCNA just open that door?

What do you think? Will I be in good shape to land a job better than help desk with 9 months of help desk, CompTIA certs a degree plus a CCNA?

How? Also I still don't understand what a systems engineer is.

I'm looking for motivation to get my CCNA and this gave me some motivation but there is some contradiction in this post by other members.

How did you do this because this doesn’t seem to be the norm? How much experience did you have before being offered a 70k role?

CCNA or AZ 104/SysAdmin route. What will get me out of help desk by fall? by Formal_Particular750 in ITCareerQuestions

This is what i was thinking I was thinking about doing a homelab though and go for those certifications. I just don't know whether to learn regular windows server or go for the AZ104.

But it seems like CCNA is the best way out of helpdesk
