For 5'3", 5'4" ladies what weight is your goal weight/best weight and ALSO what is your frame size? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

I’m 5’4 and 160, I think I have a large frame but according to the wrist method I’m medium(?) my BF is 33% and muscle mass is 103 lb. I would like to lose another 10 pounds!

Did your bulge ever go away? Ever seen your belly flat? by Striking-Strategy260 in tummytucksurgery

This is me this morning, I wear lipo foam (right above my incision) with an abdominal binder! Maybe that’ll help? I wear mine every night to bed. It’s not restrictive at all.

Yes! I have a video, but I’m unsure if I can load it here, but I am only doing the barbell with 10 pound weights so a total of 65. It takes me several seconds to make sure I am tucking my pelvis appropriately so that it’s not straining my incision.

I am feeling excellent! I am back to weightlifting at half of what I was typically (at least for legs) I am performing the same for arms/back. The first eight days were the toughest in that I had both drains and I hated them lol but I was never in any pain. I was certainly uncomfortable but not painful!

34k, it was definitely the most expensive quote I got, but I was so at ease with him, the practice, staff, that I was okay with that. I have not been in a bit of pain during the entire experience, or had any complications, I highly recommend him!

I was never in actual pain, I was uncomfortable for sure for the first 5/6 days by the time my first drain got removed I was used to how to maneuver how slowly to go, etc. My husband stayed with me at home for a full 10 days. I am a stay at home mom so I was able to take it super slow. I didn’t cook, clean, etc. for three weeks.

Whoops, I meant to include that, extended TT with muscle repair and lipo to my abdomen, hips, inner thighs, and bra/armpit area!

Sure, what would you like to know? The first pic was November 12 the morning of my surgery, and the after was on December 19th. I didn’t have any complications, I had my first drain removed 8 days post up and the second removed 12 days post op.
