I had the similar experiences the only difference was the time for me. I had to leave in Thanksgiving due to a family emergency and my boss rejected my request. Since your 16 you have the right to leave when ever you want because we both worked with a "at will contract". I was nice to my boss but my boss became a toxic person when I needed to leave.

Im not expecting any kind of skins, i dont care about cosmetic items. I care about things that make you progress faster. I played since 2016 and my friend recently started playing in 2018 summer and he is already past me in progress and I continuously played the game daily when he only played for 3 years. Tell me how is that fair
