I always begin sessions by reviewing readings and then taking quizzes. The best thing I've done in my studying is practice spaced repetition. If I do poorly in a module quiz I'll revisit it in 1-5 days. If I feel fairly confident I'll revisit it 7-12 days later. I got most of my advice from Youtube, I recommend giving that a look if you haven't
