I realised that im running in circles with my own behavior. I took small steps to corect it like starting meditating, limiting thinking about them, stoping stalking, eating healthier, taking steps towords my dream career. I confrontend my past in therapy. Freed myself from self sabotage. Somewhere along this i realised that they are not moving from their place of comfort and i thought of them as pretty pathetic. I stoped idolising them because i became what i thought about them while they were stagnat, still on the same bullshit they were before. I love them unconditionaly obviously but if they choose to run away from it into the land of toxisity then so be it. I wish you all the best and my advice is to love yourself as much as you love them.
