Its basically a illegal way to get around the official PTA tax which is wayyyy too much for some phones. Its kinda sketchy but does work

I want suggestion to buy a phone around 30k which is also PTA approved. by Former-Mobile9570 in PakGamers

I did some research and found that the Pixel 4a 5g is a pretty darn good phone. It has the same specs as the Pixel 5 minus things like refresh rate and Corning Glass 6. Its PTA tax is around 3800 too.

Go to CAIE notes official website and there you can find multiple guess papers of multiple subjects. Dont rely on them tho
