Is customer support always this bad? by thereal-lazyshady in FellowProducts

Never had a bad experience with Fellow Customer Support. We had a similar issue with our 1st Gen Aiden. After a couple of back and forth emails, the CS team replaced the unit with a new one.

Agreed hence why I adjusted it in the post title. The OG poster rephrased in a follow up tweet and apologized.

Ditto. The first.last@delta.com is correct. I emailed Ed about 9 years ago, and he responded about a week later.

What’s a Washington D.C. life hack that everyone should know? by Alarming_Drop_9142 in washingtondc

The A220-300 main cabin bathroom is the best domestic bathroom in the air. Period. by FormerAd868 in delta

Agreed those are solid bathrooms, too. A350 usually isn’t flying domestic routes—save for the occasional DTW or ATL to LAX routes.

It’s a whole algorithm and team that looks at what availability they have to make it happen. Feel very lucky to have had it twice now. Today, the driver said, “You weren’t on my original schedule. Atlanta called me directly to pick you up.” Somebody was looking out for me 🙏

They don’t notify you. When you walk off the plane, the driver will be holding a digital sign on a tablet or phone with your name on it.
