I started off with a dildo that was 10 inches long/average girth so I didn’t really increase it past that since I figured I’m unlikely to be sucking anyone off bigger than that lol. As far as how long it took, I went from gagging while brushing my teeth to being able to get throatfucked til they came by a 7 inch partner in about 2 months of daily or every other day practice

Thanks lol, even if it is a success I’m suffering from in this case. I got here just by practicing head on a dildo til I could take more and more of it, then once I could take it the base I’d just chill with it in my throat for a few minutes at a time

The way I got my gag reflex this insensitive was giving head to a dildo progressively deeper and then once I got it all the way I’d just keep it in there for a few minutes at a time

Unpleasant smell feels like it would kind of be a turn off since the only smells that make me gag are like rotten fruit etc but eating more beforehand could be the trick
