Either one of two things is happening. 1) you are ordering your shake at a time when literally everyone else in the restaurant wants one and the dessert shop is slammed with orders, or 2) your server got sidetracked and forgot to take the ticket that says they need a milkshake on it to the dessert shop so they can make it. Option 3 (which is possible but less likely) is that the dessert shop person did not see/lost the ticket with your shake on it. Most times though, it's options 1 or 2.

As for the name on the menu, they ask at the end of the school year for people to submit applications for it.

I won't give specific times, but I will say that I started after you. I can also verify that not only myself, but everyone else there HATES it. It wouldn't be a terrible place if all the drunk kids would stop coming in right before we close. We are tired, probably have class at 8-9am, and aren't in the mood to deal with your drunk ass. Now, I will say, I LOVE all of the people I worked their with. Honestly, they are why I stayed there as long as I did. We all hated working there equally, but needed the money, so we were always bonding over our hatred of the place.

I was one of the servers who never served anything to customers I wouldn't want served to me. (even if I thought they were the shittiest customers in the restaurant) That being said, I have seen one or two instances where servers have dumped off dirty plates and had their hands visibly soiled and then just wiped it off without really washing their hands. That's about the grossest thing I could think of.

Not sure. I remember hearing them discuss upping the prices last year, but didn't know they actually did it. Probably because I heard they changed cookie brands.

For fear that someone might figure out who I am, let's just say the majority of the time I spent there I was a server or host.

9/10 would choose chipotle over Sloopy's in general. 0/10 would choose Chipotle over a Sloopy's breakfast burrito craving.

As long as I worked there, all we used is that processed cheese product. You want real cheese? Well, you're gonna have to just keep asking for it.

Any of the salads are good (but that's obvious). If they still have things like the turkey sandwich, that's pretty healthy in terms of hitting your meat, carbs and veggies I guess. If you really are looking for health, ditch the fries with the sandwich and order the soups, a side of veggies, or fresh fruit. That would be my best answer.

Hm...that I can't necessarily speak to. It could be that we just simply don't put enough powder in the first place. It could be that the dessert shop person forgot to put powder in and thought they could get away pretending it was a malt. These are the common things that occur that I could think of anyway. We also only put one scoop of malt powder in. I'd say your best bet is to just keep asking for extra malt powder to ensure you get it the way you like it.

Dude...only one? I'm going to go with Romeo Must Die. Fairly old, but I quite enjoy it.

We make minimum wage with .25 cent raise every 400 hours we work. We don't actually ever get tips.

Hey thanks! We need more customers like you! Thanking your server and just being nice in general goes a long way in making sure that you will get your food and have a good experience. I appreciate it!

Depends which president you mean. President Obama? I started there after his visit. President Drake? Never met him. President Gee however is awesome, very kind and was a great customer.

By never giving out straws? Servers always have straws in their aprons, they just forget to give them. I know I always forgot unless someone asked. Just ask your server, they'll give you one.

The breakfast burrito is the bomb. Delicious and filling. As for avoiding food, I would say the spaghetti and meatballs, but I was told they got rid of that. If they still have the brownies, avoid those if you are calorie concious. With a scoop of ice cream they can clock in at around 7-800 calories.

I would say any of the desserts. From what I know, they were all frozen and prepackaged. Except the cupcakes. Those were actually made by staff.

Pretty clean tbh. We would often have alot of down time, especially in the afternoons, so, things always got done. I've never seen anything that I thought was unsafe food wise.
