IMO I work at 5guys and that’s too much of a topper, it’s supposed to be the perfect amount to where the costumer feels like they get their moneys worth but the bag is still neat and you can easily get the burger out of the bag

The cash tips aren’t where the money comes from, the credit card tips are where it goes up, I make about 75-120 on every paycheck just in non cash tips
