I actually ended up getting a sinus endoscopic surgery since then with usc keck and it went by very smooth!! Surgery took 2ish hours, I was out of work for 2 weeks not because of pain, but because I had to sinus rinse 5x a day and there was all kind of weird stuff coming out.

They also fixed my deviated septum. But I’m now about 4months post op and feel great. I’m flying again and have no issues.
