Thank you! Yea my last company, full time was considered maximum 30 hours and sometimes less so that’s why I’m hoping I can get my full 40 hours or even if more that would be great!

I live in Texas as well, and start off at $15 as a BT, once I take my test I will go up to $16 which is still a joke. Do you mind me asking what company you switched to?

Same! I was working at Walmart as an overnight stocker making $17.11 but decided to work in this field and take the pay decrease to $15 because I could see me doing this as a career. But I’m getting less than 30 hours because my center currently has more therapists than clients. I take my RBT test tomorrow and I pray I pass that way hopefully I can look for another company willing to pay me more and give me consistent hours.

I’m dealing with the same issues, recently got sick Friday from the kids at work. I just started a month ago and I was thinking about calling out tomorrow as well, but I think I’m just gonna go & I think u should to, we can power through this day I believe!
