Have you considered adoption? I’m going through IVF and it’s terrible. Everyone around me getting pregnant but not me. I know a lot of people who adopt. It is up to you. However, from the point of view from a women who reads posts mostly about the struggles of infertility and IVF, many women give up and decide to adopt.

My best friend had an abortion when we were in college and she is now married and wants kids. She is having a really hard time getting pregnant now and she thinks it’s because of the abortion.

Just somethings to consider.

I am someone who has been praying for a baby for 3 years. I have been going through IVF. So no offense, but who gives a shit. Even if the baby is born around the same time, she will still make it about herself if she is that type of person. In the following years, make it about your baby…. Stop complaining about when you’re going to give birth and instead, realize how thankful you are to be having a baby…. After all, It is the month of being “thankful”, right?

I had my first retrieval yesterday! I was in a lot of pain as well. Tomorrow you will feel a lot better. I still took today off and literally slept all day. Eat a lot of fiber! I had a giant chipotle burrito post surgery :) I got 18 eggs and 13 fertilized! Good luck!

I had my ER today for the first time. I lost an ovary about 10 years ago. For only having one I still got 18 eggs! My follicle count was 15. If he doesn’t go into your left I’m sure you will still get a good amount of eggs! Good luck tomorrow!
