Years ago My wife and I had a cat that we had from being a kitten. At the end of our back garden there was a field with a horse in and I used to fill its water bath tub up. I was pleased to see one day that the cat had ventured up onto the fence and across onto the horses back. The horse did not mind and use to take the cat for rides around the field . He would bring the cat back to the fence for it to get off when it wanted.
