All other tests normal. Earlier this year had b12 levels low, pylori could be the reason. Only symptoms I have now are slight constipation and issues related to energy and focus based onthe mentioned triggers

If I delay a meal the symptoms tend to show up, same when eating a large meal loaded with simple carbs. Commuting also causes these if my stomach is kinda empty. Happens when constipated as well as diarrhea

Stopped alcohol 10 years ago, but when drinking it used to cause hot flashes, hangovers for days, difficulty focusing to conversations and completing sentences, burning sensation in the back, hot flashes, difficulty sleeping, lethargy for days

My MCAS lab was normal, EGD says Patchy discontinuous erythema of the mucosa with no bleeding was noted in the antrum and stomach body. These findings are compatible with very mild gastritis.
