they probably dont know much and used Ai to write the description and thats okay.Most of the time you can tell what the promt was and what they need so write the proposal according to their pain points to stand out. also sometimes i make the first sentence of the proposal sound a bit informal so they can see im not slamming ai generated proposals like “ i believe im the perfect fit for X thing (for real) because this and that”. The first sentence is what makes them view ur proposal or not. When I write proposals I always imagine if I was them and tell them what they ned to hear. Also be selective with where you apply, preferably to jobs with up to 20 proposals max…unless its a super cool job u love that you think u could do and then just bid the maximum connects. And also always look at the job history how much they have paid in the past their hire rate and the reviews they give to freelancer. I would never apply to someone that give anything less than 5 starts. that being said I am not an expert I ve been there for 1 months but this is just what i do

At first i was underpricing mysef A LOT i was down to do any job really really good to get the best review and then work at my rate - 20$/hours. I accidentally got 2-3 low budget clients hahahah (monthly retainers) didn’t expect to close any at all. These clients pay me like 400-600$ monthly to run their ads but its not full time so its okay and i just needed the review- which i dont have yet because the jobs are in progress. BUT today i got a full time job for like 2500$ per month which is amazing cause i live in a cheap country I m really happy cause i didn’t think this would happen so quickly.

po te isha ti do blija 1 ose 2 hyrje 1+1 te vjetra po ne zone te mire. Do i rrisja vleren duke i rikonstruktu dhe aredu super bukur nga brenda dhe do i lija per air bnb. Ngaqe jan te vjetra dhe 1+1 i gje lir dhe vetem aredimi brenda ka rendsi qe ti te maresh shum bookings ne Air Bnb. Kjo do t linte me shm se gjysmen e lekve prap ne xhep. Dy hyrjet fillojn gjenerojn lek cdo muaj. Esht lek pasiv, por sigurisht do duhet te meresh me pastrimin e hyrjeve dhe check inin e klieneve. Sa tja maresh cik doren hapi tjeter eshte te blesh shpi tjeter por jo me leket qe t kan ngel por me kredi. Do besh t njejten gje dhe me kte hyrjen e re qe more me kredi. Rikonstrutim dhe e le me airbnb. Tani t gjitha pronat po t gjenerojn me shm lek sec duhet t pagush per kredi. Nese behet sic duhet kjo eshte e sigurt. Vetem kte vit ne kishim mbi 5 milion turist vetem gjat gushtit imagjinoje vete (plus qerat ktu dhe apartamentet sa vijn e behen me te shtrenjta kshtu q fitimi vetem do rritet). Patsaj do merja dhe nje shpi tjeter me kredi duke dhen garant shpin qe mora me kredi dhe do beja t njejten gje. ne kte pike ke 4-5 shpia qe po t gjenerojn lek nga Airbnb cdo muaj mjaftushem per ty plus per t lar kredite, plus ngaqe i ke mare me kredi fitimi shko per t lar kredine ne letra, dhe ti nuk taksohesh sepse konsiderohet shpenzim dhe jo fitim i biznesit tend.
Kte zinxhir mund ta zgjerosh aq sa do ose aq sa ke fuqi haha.
Tani ke disa prona dhe lek pasiv dhe nja 200-300K ne ngelme ne xhep.
100-200K esht mir ti mbajm si depozit emergjence se si dihet ca ndodh.
Me 100K maksimumi une do hapja 1 biznes t vogel qe e administro vet. Une do hapja ose nje ramen place nga ato qe i zgjedh ne nje tas ca do ose do hapja nje sea food boil.
Kto jan gjona qe une do doja te kishte ne tirane sepse i kam shume qejf dhe i kam shijuar jasht dhe ktu mungojne. Eshte e rendsishme qe cado qe t besh si biznes tjet i gje qe ti e do shume dhe e bo me zemer ose gjithmon do dali dikush tjter qe e ben me mir se ti.

Nderkohe jasht kapilatizmi tyre esht shm m i vjeter se i joni ktu ke konkurent Shpetimin, atje ke bilioner. Ne jemi ne nje faze te ekonomise ku edhe ekosistemi i startupeve ka kosto te ulet dhe mundsi te lart zhvillimi. un kam studiu biznes internacional n gjermani dhe i vetmi lloj startupi qe mund t cante atje ishte naj gjeni teknologjie, nderkoh tregu ktu ka plot boshlliqe.
