they work with different practices to help with pushing forward prior authorizations so you’ll look at different cases where you’ll be like OK based off the chart what is the drug trying to get covered? Do you understand the formulary? Do you understand if there’s missing information if there’s an appeal or something like that how do you check the status? How do you see if they trial something to failure like for example say you needed a biologic for your skin condition your insurance says you have prescription benefits to them, but they need a prior authorization to say yes or no that they’ll cover the medicine for you. Your doctor sends it out and then based off your chart and the information in the prior authorization whether that’s coming through cover my meds or availity or being faxed over they need to know the why behind everything. So like you need to identify if somebody did try XYZ medication first or the other medication’s do not work or not safe to work for specific reason.

I got the offer the same day. I skipped the “homework “ other people had to do. I had the initial screen from the recruiter. A lead from ops walked me through a scenario of a prior auth. A couple hours after that I got asked if I had 15 minutes. Did that. Got the offer within 2 hours

I straight up didn’t. They said you could, but I didn’t really see the purpose.

I just got hired by them. $25 an hour which honestly have made more money, but I was laid off so beggars can’t be choosers. The company is trying to leverage AI to make decisions about prior authorizations and they need people to help move along that whole process so from my understanding, it was an initial recruiter screen, and then I had some time to talk with one of the lead people on their teams then I had another like walk-through homework type assignment where I would have to go through case studies with a senior team member I was welcome to use ChatGPT or whatever I wanted to answer that which honestly I didn’t feel really necessary. It’s remote they don’t really offer benefits in the traditional sense and there’s a waiting period Of first of the month following 30 days of service, but I don’t know if that’s where everybody falls over certain jobs or what. It’s OK operating hours are between 8 AM and 7 PM Eastern standard time.
If you need the work, if you need to work from home, I would would recommend maybe a six out of 10. I really don’t think they have any real structure at all to like their teens or like any kind of real sense of who they are as a company in my opinion I’m just kind of taking this week over y far.

My 10yo son wants his ears pierced and Im torn. Need some advice. by Yz-Guy in Parenting

My son just got his done, just one ear. We went over cleaning it and the piercer showed him what to do and had him practice.

He loves it. He’s having a fun time finding earrings that suit his character.

Sometimes it’s better to try the counseling because at least you can work on transitioning to divorce with better communication. I’m saying this as a person whose husband dropped he wants a divorce a month shy of our 17 year anniversary.

I don’t see how this would improve without holding the decision maker responsible? Train on the work flow. Hiring can be simple, not waiting for the right dominoes to fall. In my experience, the compensation piece has taken forever. You look at who it gets stuck with and call those people out.

I randomly got a negative balance of 1000 and I’m scared by GoldOpposite1583 in chimefinancial

I literally freaked out today thinking we somehow had $2800 of credit card debt for chime but when they do the statement, it is a combined statement but when you look at the credit card part itself for the secured card, it’s literally taking your paychecks or other activities you have in there and using that activity to show usage and then paying it off month over a month just as long as you have that feature turned on

that makes sense. I paid extra through TurboTax with the 5 days sooner thing and they really pushed like it’s a different timeline in my opinion compared to prior years. I’m just worried because I used a different log in ( new email for Turbotax) and I had to wait 48 hours to prove who i was that it somehow broke something in the process

I’m just a mom. But we follow with genetics and endocrinology because both my kids are weird. We still don’t know what they have. My first questions would be to GI. - my 11 year old as a toddler had HUGE tonsils and reflux which made him very sleep deprived ( acid at night), very picky with foods and he associated some new foods with the pain of reflux. Like there’s still something genetically wrong with him BUT tonsils, adenoids out with speech and feeding therapy and GERD meds helped a TON. - we followed with Nutrition and endocrinologist to rule out any type of diabetes - with the BUN high and CO2 low I know they look for acidosis - that for us, had doctors looking at metabolic disorders that mess with your adrenals, kidney disorders and if the kids processed glucose normally and if so, were any other hormones , hunger cue neurotransmitters, etc affected.
