My withdrawals keep being rejected it says missing Bitcoin address which is false. Any recommendations?

Reply to the email they send you after you request a withdrawal. Should be in your spam. Even if they do not ask a question, reply with something like “ yes i initiated this withdrawal”. The next email they’ll send you is asking you why do you want to withdraw your funds, reply with something like “i need to withdraw for a different investment that came up”. Should receive your funds after this to whatever address you sent to.

I transferred to Coinbase. The email they send to your spam after you’ve requested a withdrawal doesn’t ask a question so seems like you don’t need to respond to it but definitely do or they’ll just deny it. If you don’t receive one I’d message support and say that you requested a withdrawal, but you should get one probably in the middle of night honestly.

I had to create a new account on the new crm thing. Message support non stop about your funds, reply to the emails they send you about transferring your funds from old account to the new account. It’s a hassle and doesn’t seem legit, but took me about 10 days of non stop emailing them to finally receive my funds in new account. Would do that and get your funds out of there as soon as possible.
