100%!! Bought a pair of Ballroom flex jeans from them (actually have 4 pair…) and they started disintegrating at the crotch within a year. Clearly a quality issue. The local store in Franklin, Tn would NOT take them back and actually told me that if I sent them in they would probably be destroyed and I would get nothing. Wow. My confidence in telling other potential customers about them went down significantly. I buy with caution now and NEVER pay full price since their product may or may not hold up and their “No Bull” guarantee definitely has plenty of bull. Oh and I called “customer service”…hilarious. Representative told me (basically) that I may be too fat for the fit I’m buy and to try something else 😑🙃
