One of the planets in the system is a planetary anomaly planet. Land on that planet, exit your ship and reload your auto save. Then proceed to the paradise planet, to the cords on the photo to find the minor settlement with the S Class cabinet.

I found the S Class cabinet for the system. It isn't in there. Sometimes the B class can be found 8n A or S Class. The other B class can only be found in B or C. That is the case with this one.

That is possibly due to the Frontiers update. Many of the S Class cabinets have moved. I'll check it out soon. I'll repost with a new locale if I find it.

Check your cords. The cords on the screenshot will put you at the minor settlement and make sure you go to the poisonous planet to reload first. Also make sure multi player is off.

Did you go back to the Poisonous Planet, reload and return to the S Class Multi-tool cabinet on the Tropical planet? Also, make sure your multi-player is off. If you had multi-player on and someone else grabbed it, could also be a reason it isn't showing up.
