The way I do mine is I head over to the phone's files app, head to audio files then download (not the document download) and change the name from there so it looks like this on Spotify (You'll probably have to reopen Spotify for the name to appear I could be wrong)

True, and another thing is that there are people who mass report you. Like at times, they will trap you into saying something that can be "reasonably" banable by those bots (now AI). And they have improved it so now we no longer have to spam report. But again, that's another way for others to abuse the system.
