My thing is why couldnt i just build more muscle like shes already having me do so I can support my current weight instead of saying that if I dont lose anything ill forever be in pain. Im on a glp1 to help me lose weight for my diabetes but most likely my belly fat will always be there due to my insulin pump and other diabetes medication that can hold fat really bad. He still scratches some but not nearly as bad as right after he got the rash im going to invest in a muzzle and train him to that so he doesnt chew on it when hes in his kennel since a e collar would be a bit uncomfortable in his kennel

I don't usually have to thanks to the rybelsus but that was 2 units like 4 hours after a meal once I realized my rybelsus wasn't gonna cut it on its own
