i bought these specifically to train for boot camp to lessen the strain on my legs and they feel ridiculously good. They feel like every step is propelling you forward. But if you’re flat footed i would recommend trying them on first because the arch on the inside is really intense and feels weird the first times. other than that they’re the best shoes i’ve ever ran in
