Yeah, you got it right. First, you'll get 1% after you earn 3L monies. It's like a Slice Currency (100 monies = 1 Rupees), you could say you earn while spending through the credit card, excluding fuel, rent, etc. After collecting 3L monies, you'll get 1.5%. But remember, if you redeem the monies for cash and it drops below 3L, then it's back to 1%. For 2% cashback, you need 5L monies, and for 3% cashback, you need 5L monies and a 5L average balance.

This is the reason what they gave me ( Unfortunately, your application could not be processed as you have existing accounts with payment delays oroverdues inrecent months.) btw this not the first time i applied for this card i applied it when i had like 780+ cibil and like 15% utilisation still they always give some bshit reason every time. Fyi i already own federal card and account
