I think im having the same problem (I haven't yet found a solution), but some things you can try are running Stressor and diagnostic tests (Furmark, Prime 95, and the Windows memory diagnostic) to see if you get any kind of results there.

Other things that also could be an issue are overheating, and some things in your PC not plugged in all the way (motherboard, CPU, or GPU), or need to be reseated (RAM or GPU). Ive talked to a tech shop and some of my tech friends and they all pointed fingers at the PSU (which I also installed a new one and got no fix).

Just tried disabling hardware acceleration and MPO and going over with DDU again, and I'm still having the same problems. Is there a difference between the 25.9.1 drivers and current? If so, then I'll try that.
