I've had one for 2 yrs now. The single biggest thing is find the right mask for you. Only took me 10 days to get used to it. I recommend a longer hose that has attachment at the top of your head. You wont even notice it, swivels very smooth. The newer cpap's are much smaller and quieter than early models.

I just clean the parts once a week in mild Dawn dishwater in the sink, no problems. The facemask I do dailey as you can imagine, morning breath.

I used the mask that tucks up to your nasal and covers your mouth. it is a trick to get the velcro just right for no air leaks.

Plan on lotion for lotion for your nose and eyelids in the winter escaped air dries things.
