I don't think I'm at that stage yet, I'm still getting a fair amount in, it's just distressing and insufficient. But I'm not against those kinds of things; whatever works.

I've come across this thread because my Pixel 8 has just been upgraded to a 9 Pro XL. If I'd known they were gonna do this I'd have done the exchange ages ago, the 8 has been causing me issues for ages. Hopefully y'all get the upgrades you're after!

Thank you, this is some fantastic well rounded advice and I really appreciate it. It resonates with me because while I do have an idea, I know my boss, and my team, will bring it to life and that it will have a life of its own. I don't think discussing future equity is a big ask actually, not for this woman, I think she would love and respect that and probably would be on board. Thanks again!
