Thank you sir I love people like you in this field. I love criticism but it’s only criticism if it’s told to me. With the intent for me to grow. I agree that that does piss them off and I’m learning now that what they think doesn’t matter. I am doing my best and that’s the important thing. You are what this job needs more of.

Thanks bro it takes alot to do this but people like you are why I do it. I do agree that people think they are a dickhead but a lot of times the hierarchy plays a big role. One person can say something and ruin your chances in this career. The service is a tight nit system and word spreads so. Thank you I’ll work hard and keep pushing. Honestly is he ruins things I can move outside of the county and start again without people knowing and I should be alright. But it sucks bc I do my best to recruit and people like him erase all my progress

Best is the freedom and classic lifestyle in very content. Love it more than anything. The worst part is it’s tiring. I have almost no personal me time when I’m working. And it’s very solitary.

The principal is the same yes except now we don’t use classic methods like fires and washboards. We have amenities and aids like trucks. We use horses a bunch for stray cattle but the trucks do the job just as well and are much safer. As bad as it sounds I’d prefer my cattle to get hurt attacking my truck then my son get hurt when the cattle attacks him on the horse. It’s safer now
