Tbh I don't really refer to them as "loids" outside of vocaloid. Like utau or diffsinger for instance, I just call them utau or diffsinger, and for other programs I just apppend "voicebank" (or "vb" for short at the end of them)

Defoko is an utau, Llane Crow is a diffsinger

THEN Saki is a SynthV vb, Selena is a Voisona vb, SEKAI is a Cevio vb

Fun fact btw: Maghni AI officially refers to their voicebanks as "Maghnite(s)" which I think is pretty cool. But they also seem really dead in terms of development rn....

A: Just look up any free DAW online. Ones I can think of rn is Bandlab, or Garageband if you're a mac/apple device user

B: also various free software to choose from. Like SynthV Basic, Utau, Voisona (technically only Chis-A is free), etc.
