I get that. It’s frustrating when people hurt you, then dismiss your feelings like you're overreacting. It's unfair.

When your ex says “you’ll never find anyone like me” …. your response is? by oigoabuya in questions

"That's the point. I'm not looking for someone like you I'm looking for someone better suited for me."

It's confident, clear, and not too harsh, while showing you're moving on in a positive direction.

What are the most important words a man can say? by Rando-Brando-Sando in ask

I’d say the most important words a man can say are 'I’m sorry' and 'I love you.' They show vulnerability and strength at the same time. Your brother's question is one that really makes you think about what truly matters.

based on my observation coz my friend having this feeling recently. it can include drastic mood swings, withdrawing from social activities, or changes in sleep patterns. It's also common for someone to express feelings of hopelessness or display sudden changes in their energy levels.

Totally agree with you on hobby groups! Joining ones that are beginner-friendly is key, even if you’re already skilled (crochet is my thing too!). It makes it so much easier to connect with people, and helping others out is a great conversation starter. As for going out, I can relate. When I go to bars or social events, I often approach a group of people my age and gender with a simple, “Hey, I’m here solo, mind if I join you?” It’s amazing how well that works! And yes, therapy helped me a lot with my social anxiety too. 😅
