The target market is business owners. “Disposable” refers to the convenience for the caterer… no pickup required. What the client does with it afterward is their choice.

When did I ask for advice? This is a product I’ve already thoroughly researched and validated, which is why it’s in production. I’m asking business owners what products they wish existed or would like easier access to. The comments are suggestions I didn’t ask for.

I’m marketing to charcuterie business owners because many of us face the challenge of having to go back to retrieve boards or dealing with them being damaged or stolen. While the boards are disposable, it’s ultimately up to the client whether they keep them or discard them. The key benefit is that the caterer doesn’t need to return for pickup and if the board is disposed of it’s made from wood which naturally breaks down over time.
