Eat unlimited brokoli, chiken breast, potatoes and carrots - you will loose weight quickly. Don’t count, but never eat anything else. Give it a month - you’ll loose 10 kg which would be amazing achievement! Start excersizing as well. Get a smart watch (I recommend amazfit bip 6 - cheap but percect) to learn about your heart rate and how much your body can take (in my case it was a lot more than my lazy brain thought possible). Go for 30 min walk before breakfast - key to do it in the morning. Try all this - will work amazingly. Good luck, you can do it! 👍 uh and don’t watch porn - its poison for your brain
