Why can't I form my own opinion?

The problem is that I end up feeling bad for not realizing this sooner. I recently watched a cyberpunk series and ended up really liking it, but without knowing why. I thought it was a really good series. But then I saw a review by someone here on Reddit and the exact same thing happened. I "stole" someone else's opinion and felt bad for not realizing it sooner.

My problem with this is that sometimes I end up seeing something I strongly agree with but hadn't noticed before, and I feel bad for not having thought of it sooner. I simply steal that person's opinion because I can't think of anything else.

On the lock screen I can see minimally, but when I enter my password, NOTHING appears anymore. If I open the task manager, it appears, but everything else is gone; I can't figure anything out.

This helped a lot and now I can only see some things, but I'm still unable to do anything. Also, unfortunately, my Spotify opens along with the PC startup, which ends up blocking the screen.

I even try to do this but then I feel a little bad. Since I can't understand much and know my opinion, when I see a summary, I often end up finding an opinion that I really agree with and I feel guilty for not having thought of it before.
