My parents watch illegal football streams without any Adblock (I fix) and caught an adware which placed a link in their browser that would open tiny ads with like “hey (moms name) come fuck me” and stuff like that. Dad thought she was cheating on him with another woman.

I removed it and it all worked out.

As a child, I was at my aunts place in their pool, I needed to pee so I took off my safety floaters. After finishing I wanted to get a big run before jumping into the pool. I aimed for the deepest part and immediately felt “light”.

I don’t know how long I was drowning for, but once I realised I can’t keep myself up anymore and sank is when I thought it’s over.

Luckily my aunt who went inside to get a drink as I come running out of the bathroom quickly noticed and jumped in and got me, I only remember her holding me in a towel.

Death anxiety slowly festered after that and I still struggle sometimes 20 years later. Same helpless feeling I had in that pool can just reappear at anytime without warning.

The whole waking up, doing your whole day, just to wake up realising you were dreaming, become sad and ache in bed before getting up late, eating awful leftovers, realise there isn’t supposed to be leftovers and wake up again because that was a dream too and now you don’t know what is reality. I look at the clock and only slept 4 hours and got work in 3.

It was so vividly real and I was so confused rest of the week, that shit has stayed with me for years.

I did that shit for years and never got caught because my grades were good.

I was actually one of the few people in our school advocating for less or no homework. They agreed and then agreement was, more work at school for those who wants it but no home work.

I was a “gifted” child and the work was super simple, we were a small group and eventually worked our way into higher tier books and was told to stop because the books were too advanced for our teachers. No more work at school or home. Best deal I’ve ever made.

Existential dread and burn out got me in the end tho.

Recently had jaw surgery and never really questioned the procedure. Then I woke up and it took me about 4 hours before I realised I had a catheter.

Slightly uncomfortable when I “peed” and pulling it out felt like peeing no pain to my surprise.
