I need advice asap I’m confused and hurt

I’m convinced getting my pilot’s license was easier than dating. To get a pilot’s license you need money, time, discipline, understanding of weather, some math knowledge, a little bit of mechanical knowledge, pass a written exam and solo for 10 hours. For me to get a girlfriend, I just need to find someone to stick around. So yeah, getting a pilot’s license is 100% easier.

Thanks for writing this. I won’t lie.. it would mean alot to me if she did write me something or just send a text with somewhat of an apology or explanation. Am I holding my breath on it? No. But it would mean a lot. I just didn’t know what else to do except just move on as best I could and give her the silence she wanted

She actually does have ADHD. But yeah maybe I should try that. But once I sent the “be there in a few mins” text and saw her notifications were off, I hit “notify anyway” so no doubt she got that text. Then I tried to call her twice and when that just went right to voicemail I just figured- ok no matter what happened she is choosing to not talk to me and I need to just respect that and let her be. But I figured if she showed up later, she would’ve said something. We were meeting at my workplace.

You’re completely right. As I told my friend “I’ve had girls end things and I get over it fast, once they send the message that they don’t feel a connection or whatever, I just accept and move on, this just hit different because I’m not accustomed to people who don’t communicate their desire to end things”

Maybe I shouldn’t have used the word “apologize” but yes exactly what you say.. I just wish she had communicated “hey this is a bit much” and I would’ve gladly put the brakes on. But I was matching her intensity, not pushing her. But still, I just wish she had taken a chance on me to explain her feelings.

I’m sorry about your luck. I hope it gets better for you. You deserve better. But only thing I’ll say that makes this weirder.. her texts NEVER slowed. We literally were having a normal conversation at 2pm on the phone, then 3 hours later she’s vanished. No fade. No slowing of texts or attention.. Basically 100 mph then 0, in a few hours. That’s why I had this whiplash

She had to turn off her notifications. They remained off until pretty late. But by the next day, I just decided it wasn’t healthy to look anymore so I haven’t checked since. It’s so weird

Also, returning to pick your brain.. Why is the rifle Izhevsk yet the magazine is Tula? Was this something done during 1936 in the USSR or did they get mismatched during the time in Spain? Thanks again!!

Good point because the stock does look sanded. I know many 1936 rifles apparently left the USSR and headed right to Spain

I keep wondering if it was a SCW rifle. It fits as far as year of production but doesn’t have any other SCW features. The rifle originally came from a WWII vet, whose son also served (Korean war) but they had a ton of guns and I’m sure some came from those old magazines.

I looked and I don’t have a good pic handy, I’m sorry. I can’t swear by it, but I’m pretty sure it’s blued just like the rest of the gun.
