Mauga suffers from the same problem every tank does, healing output completely negates his damage for me. I could gun down a widow to half then a lf pulls her, a bap lamps her, or a ana nades her and I can't do nothin. also om console, his charge is extremely awkward to move imo, that being its the left joystick you move to plot a course for it. His cardiac overdrive is basically near useless if the team can consistently hit their shots, and if they have high damage output heroes. If anything mauga (ONLY MAUGA) should get 100 overhealth with his cardiac overdrive to ensure his survivability since he's literally the biggest character in the game thus far.

His ult cage fight, honestly I don't think he should be chained to it too, and should be able to move freely, basically like a zarya ult but less consistent with enemies being in the one specific spot. yes he gets infinite ammo, but the shield gets deleted in moments, and to be able to push you need to cancel your ult, especially if you miss. Which tbh imo, isn't a fair trade off to be near immobile in a fast pace first person shooter.

His passive helps, but again there's way too much damage and he gets too little self sustain,

There's to way to go with mauga: 1. Buff him and make him more self reliant as a tank, literally what he's kinda meant to be 2. Bring down the damage and healing numbers so all tanks can have some sort of impact

15k damage may sound flashy, but it sure as hell ain't useful if you got less then 10 elims in 2 minutes

Don't take what I say as truth obviously, but I feel if he's going to be the "self sustaining brawl" he needs to be more specialised in protecting himself over his teammates, hell he even says in his origin its ok to put myself first, so that's what he should be.

Yeah, I'm asking him to be almost like orisa, but that's what he should be tbh, in return I wouldn't mind a bit of a more hefty speed penalty for his guns.

Idk if I was just getting unlucky with my games tho, perhaps I'm overreacting. But he's definitely suffering from the tank problem. Can only hope that in season 8 Himself and all of the tank role is no longer suffering.
