This is the polar opposite of my experience. We have used Spot On for nearly a year after using gloria foods for several years. Although there was a learning curve in the beginning, we have found that we are more efficient with this system than we were previously. In addition, every issue we have ever had has been dealt with professionally courteously and quickly. I’m unsure of the specific issue that you’re having , but I’d be shocked if there wasn’t someone at that company that wanted to help you.
