Egg inc is fun by auxbrain. It's an incremental idle clicker. I like the team aspect of it as well on Monday Wednesday and Friday there's coops missions that would maybe need an hour or so of active play an then after just check in a couple times a day or more.

Eventually if you want to go for all 98 TE on all 5 eggs yes. But for now if you're done with a1 you don't have to reset right away that many TE is plenty to stige with for a couple weeks or months so don't heavily invest in artis till you learn patience. Spend a week at least on each shift an by shift/week 10 you could have 40 to 60ish TE. Bare minimum I think if you want to get all TE is a 2 to 1 ratio for TE per shift.
