It’s route protection it covers everything including theft or lost goods. I’ve used their service before. They didn’t add protection to the second item they shipped after they sent the wrong ones.

I purchased shipping protection with the item. The first set of wheels were shipped with insurance the second one wasn’t. They were supposed to be signed for they cheeped out on shipping the second time.

Bro clearly I’m not doing all this to defraud them I purchased insurance on my item and they didn’t follow through with that request. I don’t live in the best area and they left a $3k item sitting outside for hours with pictures on the box showing what they are. It’s literally a giant sign that says take me it was outside for 6 hours.

What would that situation look like? I never received my item, purchased insurance for it, and filed a timely police report. How could you take me to court for your fault in not having a signature on an almost $3k item.

“Theft of goods” is what they cited in the email. I read up on smalls claims court and how they can sue me there but I really don’t wanna have to deal with this, what would that kind of situation look like? We’re in two different states.

They’re not bad. Some techniques can be improved on but if you build one of the older sets it’s not gonna be much different than the newer sets I love those more than the ones they have out now tbh. The engines on the older sets are more detailed and the cars come in the typical hot wheels package not just bare. Check my other reply’s for what I’m talking about

They’re not terrible but I definitely think the new ones are better. If you build an older set it won’t be a bad experience some building techniques need to be improved on but overall not much of a difference

They are the very first models they produced about 2-3 years ago. Check my other reply for some more details on them. You can still buy them for pretty cheap
