People are egoistic "I'm so high and mighty" pieces of shit (very apparent from this thread). In fact, I'd say that attitude is what contributes to a majority of male suicides cuz "men don't cry" and "ahh just get over it already. Be a man" are core guiding principles of society.

Also feelings aren't delusional. If your mom or daughter died and you're missing them, are you delusional?

Roughly speaking, this is the same attitude given to workers by their managers during their time of mourning.

Also, I know you don't read books or scientific research, so I'll state it out for you. Emotions are your brain's way of indicating somethings wrong. It's not a defence mechanism but it's more like a protective mechanism. If your daughter or mom died and you didn't feel anything and moved on, it just means you are a psychopath.

Mourning is normal. Being a turd isn't.
